+998 71 619 23 33The Copper Processing Plant-3 (CPP-3) can rightfully be considered one of the leading examples of industrial development in Uzbekistan, which today has become the center of innovative solutions in the mining and metallurgical industry.
The project implemented by the Almalyk Mining & Metallurgical Combine is aimed not only at meeting the needs of the domestic market, but also at creating a base for the production of competitive products at the international level.
The crushing and gravity enrichment section plays a key role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the production process at the plant. Modern equipment and engineering solutions implemented at this stage allow for the primary ore processing with subsequent preparation of the material for flotation. Here, the ore is separated into fractions and crushed to the required size using mills.
The process starts with wet screening and separation of material into fraction size up to 6 mm, which is sent for further crushing. One of the main units of the section is a ball mill of the MShTs 7.3×13.0 type. These mills grind the ore to 74 microns. The equipment is currently undergoing step-by-step adjustment and commissioning.
The mills and all the auxiliary equipment are equipped with modern sensors, automated control cabinets and integrated into a centralized dispatch system. Parameters such as density, flow rate and productivity are monitored in real time, and the production process is automatically adapted depending on the current indicators. The control of the ore and water supply, as well as the loading of balls, is fully automated, which significantly increases the overall efficiency of the site.
One of the most important tasks of the site is the extraction of gold and other valuable metals contained in the ore. For that purpose, one of the modern processing technologies has been introduced – centrifugal gravity concentrator "Falcon". This equipment is designed to work with finely dispersed materials and is especially effective in extracting heavy minerals such as gold and platinum.
The concentrator ensures high-precision extraction of even 10-20 microns particles, which allows for a high degree of extraction of valuable components. Falcon is equipped with a modern automated control system, which allows for the collection and purification of concentrate in automatic mode. This reduces the need for manual labor and increases productivity, as well as minimizes the impact of the human factor and contributes to increased safety of the technological process. In short, the grinding and gravity enrichment section of CPP-3 is distinguished by the fact that its production process is built on the basis of modern scientific achievements. It includes not only the efficient use of existing resources, but also the introduction of advanced innovative approaches that ensure high production results.
