On August 14 of current year, the regular meeting of the Commission on Spiritual and Educational Work of the Council of the Trade Union of Employees of “Almalyk MMC” JSC was held. The event was attended by the chairmen of the commissions for spiritual and educational work operating at the enterprises and organizations that are part of the AMMC.

During the event, dedicated to the 35^th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a lecture was given on peace, harmony, and stability as the main factors for the well-being of society.

Participants also discussed the commission’s work for the first half of the year and heard the relevant report.

As part of the meeting, the library staff of the Metallurg Palace of Culture arranged a book presentation. Participants were presented with literature that promotes reading culture, broadens horizons, and enhances spiritual enrichment.

At the conclusion of the event, relevant tasks were identified to ensure the active participation of spiritual and educational commissions in celebratory events to be held at enterprises and organizations in honor of the 35^th anniversary of Uzbekistan independence. Particular attention will also be paid to identification of talented and gifted employees among the workforces of enterprises and organizations and ensuring their participation in festive programs.
