On the eve of Defenders of the Motherland Day, at the initiative of the Spiritual and Educational Work Commission of the Trade Union Council at the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, a spiritual and educational event entitled “Guardians of Peace – the People’s Pride!” was held at the Almalyk military unit.

The main goal of the meeting was to express sincere respect and gratitude to military personnel for their devoted service in defense of the Motherland, to strengthen their sense of professional responsibility, and to emphasize the special role of military service in ensuring peace, stability, and tranquility in society.

The event included remarks about the sacred duty to the Motherland, the value of a peaceful life, and the noble, courageous, and highly responsible service of the military, who daily guard the country’s security.

Particularly noteworthy was the speech by Khodjiakbar Madaliev, Deputy Commander of the military unit for educational and ideological work. He spoke about the conditions created for military personnel in the country, and the constant care and attention provided. As a clear example of this support, he cited the new educational building, built with the sponsorship of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex and ceremoniously commissioned on the eve of the holiday.

The event concluded with a pleasant and symbolic gift of books and magazines on various topics to the military unit library, invoking to enrich the spiritual world of the servicemen.

This meeting was another step toward strengthening of the morale of personnel and increased their sense of responsibility for their service.
