At the forefront of the 35^th anniversary of Uzbekistan Independence, one of the most joyful and unforgettable events of my life took place. In accordance with the Decree of our esteemed President, my modest work was highly appreciated - I was awarded the “Mekhnat Shukhrati/Glory of Labour” Order.

The first person to personally share this joyful news with me by phone was Ravshan Sidikov, the director of our plant. His sincere congratulations filled my heart with immense joy. The excitement and happiness I felt at that moment are impossible to put into words. I called my mom right away. Upon hearing that her son’s work had received state-level recognition, my mother was overjoyed. She immediately offered up a prayer, thanking the Almighty for the peace and tranquility in our country and for the fact that I had the chance to live and experience such happy days.

I am just a worker. Such great attention paid by the state to working people gives me renewed strength and inspires me to work even more diligently. I take this prestigious award not only as an acknowledgment of my own efforts but also as recognition of the dedicated work of our entire team - the plant’s workers and engineers - who contribute day and night to the development of the industry. At our home Complex - where the interests of the workforce, their safety, and comfortable working conditions always remain top priorities - I will continue to work with full dedication for the prosperity of our Motherland.
