Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex successfully fulfilled the planned tasks for the export of manufactured products in the first month of the year.

In particular, 2.7 thousand tons of copper products were sent to foreign consumers, which exceeded the forecast by 8.4%.

1.5 thousand tons of zinc products were exported, and the forecast was exceeded by 19.3%. Compared with the same period last year, the growth rate was 153.5%.

Significant growth was also recorded in the export of copper sulfate, where the forecast was fulfilled by 101.7%, and the growth rate reached 138.8%.

In total, in January 2025, AMMC exported products worth 28.8 million US dollars, which is 103.8% of the planned volume.

It is worth noting that the export geography of the plant continues to expand. At the moment, AMMC products are supplied to 19 countries. In 2024, new markets were developed, such as Guinea, Senegal, Serbia, South Africa and Portugal, where copper rod and copper sulfate were exported. In 2025, the plant intends to expand the geography of exports, planning to supply its products to Israel and Morocco.
