+998 71 619 23 33The 5th Tashkent International Investment Forum opened today. More than 8,000 representatives from 99 countries are expected to participate in the forum, which runs until June 18. Major investment agreements are set to be signed, and Uzbekistan economic potential will be showcased extensively, as part of this large-scale international event.
The forum program includes a plenary session, bilateral meetings, industry and regional presentations, investment agreement signing ceremonies, as well as business negotiations and discussion platforms for business representatives.
In addition, an exhibition dedicated to Uzbekistan investment potential has been organized. It showcases the country’s capabilities in sectors such as agriculture, light industry, geology, the electrical engineering industry, mechanical engineering, the chemical industry, energy, artificial intelligence, and information technology.
The forum also includes plans to sign major investment agreements across a wide range of sectors, including the chemical industry, geology and metallurgy, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, energy, digital technologies, transport and logistics, tourism, and education.
The Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex is also participating in this prestigious international forum, showcasing its production capabilities as well as its ongoing investment projects.
