As part of the “Striking 40 Days” preventive campaign announced at the enterprise, aimed at combating online gambling and cybercrime, regular meetings were held with the staff.
This time, preventive measures were taken at the Zinc Plant, the Central Mechanical Repair Plant, the Industrial Railway Transport Department and the Automobile Transport Department.
During the meetings, special attention was paid to increasing the financial and legal literacy of employees, preventing involvement in online gambling, fraudulent schemes and cybercrimes, as well as issues of rational and targeted use of credit funds received from commercial banks. In addition, participants were reminded of the importance of observing the principles of freedom of conscience and religious tolerance, mutual respect in the team and maintaining a healthy work environment.
A separate topic of discussion was the protection of enterprise property. The workers were explained the need to take care of the Complex property, and were also reminded of responsibility for theft and other crimes against property, emphasizing the inevitability of punishment for any violation of the law.
The agenda of the meeting also included issues of preserving the value of human life, preventing suicidal behavior, providing timely psychological assistance to employees who find themselves in difficult life situations, and preventing emotional burnout.
The officers from the Department of Interior Affairs at AMMC of the Tashkent Region Main Department of Interior Affairs addressed the participants, explaining the legal consequences of various crimes and citing relevant statistics. Saidmuhammadhon Maidinhonov and Behzod Sotiboldiev, deputy imams of the “Hilol” Mosque, used real-life examples to explain that gambling and suicide are grave sins.
Viloyat Davletova, Chief Specialist of the AMMC Trade Union Council of on social and psychoanalytic issues, had given the practical recommendations on maintaining psychological stability and overcoming stressful situations.
The representatives of banks told employees in detail about the principles of financial literacy, the correct use of credit funds, as well as the risks associated with investing money in dubious online platforms. In addition, they familiarized the participants with the most common cyber fraud schemes and reminded them of measures to protect bank cards and funds from illegal debiting.
Advisor to the Chairman of Board of Almalyk MMC Kamola Umaralieva also took part in the events. She emphasized that today one of the most important tasks of society and large industrial enterprises is to preserve the spiritual and moral values of workers, as well as to protect them from destructive ideas and harmful addictions.
Meetings held in the format of open dialogue and answering questions help improve the legal, financial and spiritual culture of employees, as well as strengthen a safe, stable and healthy atmosphere in the team.
