+998 71 619 23 33From January 15 to February 28, 2026, a population and agricultural census will be conducted in Uzbekistan. The results of this large-scale event will serve as a key information base for the formation and adjustment of state socio-economic policy.
At the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, systematic preparations for the census are underway at a high organizational level. For this purpose, volunteer groups have been formed within the Complex’s divisions, for whom specialized training seminars are being organized.
Thus, by today the Complex training center, together with specialists from the Tashkent Region Statistics Department, launched a training seminar at the engineering school for volunteers recommended by the Complex divisions.
The seminar provides participants with the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to participate in the population and agricultural census. The training will continue for two more days.
The census will be conducted in two stages:
Stage One (January 15-31)
For 17 days, citizens will be able to independently complete the online census at census.stat.uz using the OneID identification system. This convenient and modern format allows participants to participate in the census from the comfort of their home.
Stage Two (February 4-28)
Members of the “mahallya seven’ will conduct a door-to-door survey using tablet devices to collect data. During this stage, each household will be surveyed to obtain personal information.

The confidentiality of the information provided is guaranteed by law. Personal data is protected and used exclusively in aggregate form for statistical analysis. Data will not be shared with third parties or agencies.
