In order to ensure the uninterrupted, systematic and stable operation of Copper Concentrator-3, construction of a filling station and a fuel and lubricants warehouse is underway at an accelerated pace. The facilities incorporate modern technological and engineering solutions and will be commissioned shortly.

The new complexes will ensure timely, safe, and uninterrupted refueling of the factory’s process equipment, machinery, and specialized vehicles with the necessary fuel and various industrial oils.

A number of process facilities and specialized sites are being constructed on the territory of these important infrastructure facilities. In particular, the construction of a railway production loading facility has been completed. It is designed for safe and efficient discharge of diesel fuel from railway tank cars. The platform is equipped with two lower drainage devices of the УСН-150 brand and a durable metal pier. A nearby tanker yard will allow diesel fuel and gasoline to be discharged from tanker trucks into the main storage tank farm.

Construction of a tank farm continues in the central part of the complex. To ensure the safe storage of petroleum products in accordance with established standards, a special area equipped with a shed and a strong protective fence is being constructed here. It is equipped with three horizontal above-ground steel tanks of the РГСН-75 type, with a capacity of 75 cubic meters each, for storage of diesel fuel, as well as one РГСН-5 tank with a capacity of 5 cubic meters for gasoline.

In accordance with industrial safety and environmental standards, a special underground emergency reservoir with a capacity of 30 cubic meters has been constructed. It is designed to collect and contain possible accidental fuel spills at drain sites.

To ensure prompt and safe provision of the plant vehicles with fuel, construction of a filling station with access from both sides has been completed. Three high-precision dual-hose fuel dispensers of the Nara-7121 brand are installed on its territory: two are designed for dispensing diesel fuel, one for gasoline.

In addition, a separate specialized building is being constructed to store technical oils required for the operation of the factory equipment. Inside the building there are four steel tanks with a capacity of 20 cubic meters each – by one for each type of oil: transformer, gear, industrial and automobile oil.

For the safe pumping and distribution of oils, the warehouse is equipped with 4 high-performance pumps and mobile oil dispensers. Hydraulic stackers with a lifting capacity of up to 1,000 kilograms are used to store oils in barrels and place them on the second tier.

A modern modular administrative building is being constructed to manage the warehouse complex and create comfortable working conditions for employees.

Currently, large-scale improvement works are being carried out on the territory of the facility. All construction and installation works are performed in compliance with strict environmental and fire safety requirements.

The commissioning of these modern automated systems will reliably supply production facilities of the Copper Concentrator-3 with the necessary fuel and lubricants, creating conditions for its stable and uninterrupted operation.
