+998 71 619 23 33The Central Repair Mechanical Plant is gradually becoming not only a production facility but also a hub for technological transformations. For many years, the company has successfully performed complicated and challenging tasks: refurbishment of mechanical parts, high-precision metalworking, overhaul of various plant and factory units and equipment, and the production of import-substituting products through localization programs.
Today, the plant has entered a new phase – evolving in step with modern industrial requirements. This is clearly demonstrated by the arrival of new-generation milling machines with three machining axes in the tool and heat treatment section of the mechanical assembly shop.
The Priminer milling machine stands out for its high precision and wide functionality. The machine is equipped with a powerful spindle, providing a rotation speed of up to 12,000 rpm. The travel range of the X, Y and Z axes is 1,100 x 600 mm, the worktable is designed for a load of up to 1 ton, and the maximum rapid travel speed reaches 30 meters per minute. The machine operates on a modern computer numerical control (CNC) system. It enables high-precision machining of parts with consistent quality without constant human participation, significantly speeding up production and reducing the probability of errors. CNC also enables the easy production of identical parts in large quantities.
The Complex places particular emphasis on the quality and reliability of the solutions it implements in its modern projects. For example, installation supervision and commissioning were carried out with the participation and supervision of highly qualified specialists from the Complex subsidiary, JV “AVANTEC GP” LLC. This approach ensures strict compliance with international standards, the implementation of advanced technologies, and the achievement of high production process efficiency.
The introduction of modern technologies at the enterprises not only increases production volumes but also improves product quality, reduces the impact of human error, and strengthens competitiveness. Ultimately, such upgrades become the foundation for sustainable industrial development, the widespread adoption of innovation, and increased economic efficiency.
