On 25 June this year, an extended meeting with the participation of the plant's employees was held at the copper smelter.

During the event, held under the leadership of the director of the Copper Smelter Bakhtiyar Vakkasov, the main focus was on the rapidly developing area in our country – green energy. In particular, government support measures were explained in detail, such as subsidies and benefits provided to citizens for the installation of solar panels in private households, as well as their economic advantages.

In addition, topical issues of reducing the cost of production, energy conservation and rational use of resources in the plant's production process were discussed.

The management of the enterprise emphasized the importance of putting forward new ideas and proposals in these areas and called on the team to actively participate.

The meeting was held in an open and trusting atmosphere, the employees freely expressed their opinions and shared their proposals.
