On November 11 of the current year, a tree sapling planting action was held in Almalyk under the motto “Let’s unite within the framework of the nationwide project “Green Space!”, organized by Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex jointly with the faction of ecological party of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis and the Tashkent City Council of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan.

The action was attended by Chairman of the Board of JSC “Almalyk MMC”, Senator Abdulla Khursanov, deputy of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Nosirjon Aminov, Chairman of the Tashkent City Council of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan Sevara Fayzieva, deputies of the local Kengash, members of the Ecological Party and representatives of the media.

The participants of the event started with planting of tree saplings on the territory of public school No. 19 in Almalyk.

Within the framework of the action the participants planted more than 1,000 saplings of ornamental and fruit trees on the area of 20 hectares and contributed to the implementation of the “Green Belt” on the territory of AMMC.

At the end of the event Abdulla Khursanov thanked the representatives of Ecological Party and Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis, who assisted in organizing this event and holding it at a high level, and noted the need for joint implementation of these works in the future.
