One of the most important achievements of independence is that we are now free to study global experience and represent our country with dignity on the international stage. It was thanks to these opportunities that, from 5th to 15th July of this year, we participated in a professional development program held in Prague, Czech Republic, where we were able to learn about the experiences of developed countries in the areas of labor organization, rule of law, urban development, education, and industrial production.

The trip to Europe not only provided us with an opportunity to study best practices but also to analyze them in order to further utilize the most effective approaches in our professional work.

We were particularly impressed by the measures aimed at strengthening the role of women in society, protecting their rights and legitimate interests, and creating favorable conditions for professional growth and self-realization.

Furthermore, our first-hand acquaintance with international experience allowed us to further understand the significance of the large-scale reforms implemented in our country in recent years. We are convinced that the policy implemented under the leadership of the esteemed President to support women, ensure their access to quality education, develop entrepreneurship, create decent working conditions, and expand their participation in public life is fully consistent with the best international practices.

Today, in the New Uzbekistan, respect for individuals, concern for their well-being, and support for women are among the key areas of state policy. This places a special responsibility on each of us – to work diligently and make a worthy contribution to the development of our homeland.

We intend to effectively apply the knowledge and practical experience gained during this trip in our work, paying special attention to further developing women's professional potential, increasing productivity, and strengthening a healthy moral and psychological atmosphere within the team.

This trip once again convinced us of a simple but crucial truth: the true value of the homeland is most acutely realized when far from it. For each of us, our peaceful, stable, and dynamically developing Uzbekistan remains the most precious and sacred place. Serving its prosperity with honest work is a great honor and a great responsibility.
