Today, our country is consistently continuing large-scale efforts to improve the system of interaction with the youth, employment, and professional guidance. Local meetings and events play a particularly important role in this effort: they help support the interests of young men and girls and attract them to modern, in-demand professions.

As part of these initiatives, on 25-26 March of this year, Almalyk Specialized Prosecutor Rasul Matkhalikov, his deputy, the officers of the interior affairs authority at AMMC of the Tashkent Region Department of Interior Affairs, and representatives of the Youth Affairs Agency organized meetings with unorganized youth. During the events, the youth have been acquainted with the activities of the Complex engineering school.

First, the participants were given a detailed description of the extensive opportunities currently being created for young people. In particular, it was noted that, at the initiative of the head of state, every Thursday has been declared Youth Day – this allows for a systematic study of emerging issues and the identification of practical solutions. Particular attention was also paid to organizing meaningful leisure activities, vocational training, and ensuring stable employment for young people.

During the event, young people had the opportunity to get acquainted with the engineering school's classrooms and learn about the modern facilities, cutting-edge technologies, and innovative equipment. Participants also observed practical classes and received comprehensive answers to their questions from specialists.

The two-day event, held at the AMMC Engineering School, was an important step toward stimulating young people's interest in choosing a career, guiding them toward achieving specific goals, and developing them into qualified future specialists.
