HR Department: Results of the First Half of the Year and Priority Tasks

Effective development of employees' potential, creation of comfortable working conditions and maintenance of a healthy working atmosphere are the most important elements of a modern HR management system. JSC “Almalyk MMC” pays special attention to these issues.

In this regard, on July 18, the enterprise held a reporting meeting dedicated to the results of work in the HR sphere for the first half of 2025, as well as a discussion of key tasks for the future.

The meeting was chaired by Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC “Almalyk MMC” for Personnel and Social Issues Sa’di Shermatov. The event was also attended by specialists working in the field of HR management at the plant.

During the meeting, the volume of work performed over six months was analyzed in detail. The discussion focused on employee training programs and measures to strengthen staff motivation.

For reference: in the first half of 2025, the HR department of the central office conducted 48 selection procedures for open vacancies. As a result, over 500 people were hired, 160 of whom were university graduates and over 300 were graduates of vocational colleges and technical schools. Following the meeting, priority areas for further work were identified: improving HR processes, introducing modern management methods and developing internal human resources potential.
