On December 11 of this year, a report meeting on labor protection and industrial safety was held in the assembly hall of the Central Repair and Mechanical Plant at the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, dedicated to the results of 11 months of 2025 and tasks for 2026.

The meeting was attended by the Head of the Department of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety Sh.Juraev, the Head of the Almalyk Industrial Safety Inspection B.Gulomov, as well as employees of the Department of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety from the Central Office, and employees of the labor protection and industrial safety departments from the structural subdivisions of the complex.

At the event, the following topics were discussed: the state of labor protection and industrial safety for 11 months of 2025, tasks for 2026, preparation of subdivisions for floods and the winter period to ensure labor protection and industrial safety, the complex's policy in the field of labor protection and industrial safety for 2026, organization of medical examinations for subdivision employees, implementation (digitalization) of a module for 1st and 2nd-level control checks in all subdivisions of the complex, and issues of production control at the complex's facilities.

In particular, during the 11 months of 2025, the Department of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety conducted a total of 65 inspections in structural subdivisions to prevent workplace injuries, including 36 audits and 29 targeted inspections. During these inspections, 3,695 violations were identified, of which 52% were organizational and 48% were technical. Based on the audit results, 32 orders were issued, and 259 engineering and technical personnel were subjected to disciplinary action. However, despite the ongoing efforts, 12 accidents occurred during the reporting period.

An analysis of third-tier inspections in the structural subdivisions of the plant was also presented at the meeting.

During the event, detailed information was also provided on the implementation of tasks related to compliance with labor protection requirements during flood and winter seasons, as well as on the ongoing work to ensure timely medical examinations of workers in 2025.

To streamline the procedure for registering accidents that occurred at the plant, it was announced that this information would be entered into the "Unified National Labor System" in a centralized manner.

At the meeting, it was emphasized that those responsible for the sector should take their work seriously.
