On behalf of the thousands of employees of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, and on my own behalf, I sincerely congratulate you on your professional holiday – Builder's Day!

The builder profession is not only the highest level of skill, but also an example of selfless, noble labor. It is thanks to your creative potential, strength and selfless dedication that our Complex and the entire country are confidently entering a new stage of large-scale development.

Today, thanks to the high professionalism, creative energy, and responsible approach of the employees of the Capital Construction Department, the Design Works Department, the “Olmalykmetallurgkurilish” Trust, and the Specialized Repairs Department, large-scale construction projects are being successfully implemented at the Complex.

We are rightfully proud of the dedicated work of our builders, designers, and architects. A striking example of your high professional excellence is the rapid construction of the Kauldy gold recovery plant, a modern facility of critical technological and strategic importance. An equally significant example is the new sulfuric acid shop at the zinc smelter, which is nearing completion. This project clearly demonstrates the successful implementation of advanced technologies, modern knowledge, and engineering solutions in the industry.

Thanks to you, not only industrial facilities are being built, but also vital social institutions designed to serve the health, well-being, and cultural recreation of people. For example, a modern recreation area has been built in a picturesque corner of the Zaamin Mountains, where the Complex employees now enjoy comfortable relaxation. In Angren, thanks to your professionalism and dedication, the “Dukent” Sports and Culture Palace has been completely transformed, acquiring a new, modern look. Dozens of other social facilities in our town are the result of your painstaking work, skill, and passion.

Every brick you lay, every building you erect, becomes a solid foundation for the current achievements and future successes of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.
