+998 71 619 23 33Dear engineers and technical workers, drivers, train compilers, road foremen, dispatchers, repair service specialists and dear veterans of the Industrial Rail Transport Directorate!
I sincerely congratulate you on your professional holiday – Railway Workers' Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan!
This holiday is especially significant because it is celebrated on the eve of the 35th anniversary of Uzbekistan's state independence.
Railway workers make a significant contribution to the development of industry in New Uzbekistan and the achievement of our Complex strategic goals. Thanks to your high professionalism, responsibility, and coordinated work, the smooth operation of the entire production complex is ensured. Thus, in the first half of 2026, 13,796,300 cubic meters of rock and 21,830,000 tons of ore were transported. These results formed a solid foundation for the successful implementation of the production program for copper, gold, and silver.
One of the most significant events in the life of the plant was the launch of Copper Processing Plant-3 on 16 March of this year, attended by the esteemed President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Your significant contribution to the implementation of this large-scale project, ensuring the stable operation of the enterprise, and the timely delivery of process goods and finished products, deserves the highest praise.
Today, as part of the Localization Program, the Department has established the production of import-substituting products. A significant achievement was the launch of production of the 2ВС-105 (Q-115) dump car model in cooperation with domestic companies. In addition to fulfilling key production tasks, railway workers are actively involved in the construction of new tracks and stations. This year alone, 9.5 kilometers of railway lines will be commissioned.
The commitment to improving efficiency and implementing innovation is already yielding tangible results. By the end of the first half of the year, energy-efficient solutions reduced production costs by 54 billion UZS, while rationalization proposals from IRTD staff generated an economic benefit of 22 billion UZS.
Dear Railway Workers!
I am confident that, drawing on your extensive experience, high professionalism, and dedication to your work, you will continue to successfully address the most challenging challenges, making a worthy contribution to the further strengthening of the industrial potential of New Uzbekistan.
Once again, I sincerely congratulate you on your professional holiday! I sincerely wish you good health, family well-being, new professional achievements, great success, remarkable victories, and continued good luck in all your endeavors.
Congratulations!
Abdulla Khursanov,
Chairman of Board of JSC “Almalyk MMC”, Senator
