The Plant's Ethics Commission urges all managers and management personnel of Almalyk MMC JSC to demonstrate a high level of responsibility, modesty, and strict adherence to official ethics and etiquette in both their professional and personal lives. Managers must always remember their responsibility to society and serve as role models with high moral standards.

Every employee, regardless of position or social status, is required to comply not only with legal requirements but also with generally accepted norms of ethics and etiquette, including the principles of honesty and modesty.

In the performance of official duties, employees should be guided by the principles of professionalism, integrity, fairness, and corporate culture. Any actions that may harm the business reputation and prestige of the Plant must be strictly avoided.

Furthermore, in daily work and during participation in public and corporate events, executives and senior staff are expected to maintain a neat appearance, adhere to formal dress standards, and demonstrate appropriate behavior. Maintaining the respect of colleagues and the public is considered an integral component of effective leadership.

In personal life, leadership personnel are expected to maintain modest and proper conduct, understanding that their actions, even outside working hours, may affect the reputation of the Plant.

Based on the above, all managers, engineering and technical staff, and responsible employees are required to strictly comply with the provisions of the Code of Ethics of Almalyk MMC JSC.
