Our dear women – the workers of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, production veterans, our beloved mothers, sisters, wives, daughters!

I sincerely congratulate you on International Women's Day!

It has become a good tradition for us in the first days of spring, when it is time for nature to awaken, to honor and say the kindest words to beloved mothers, wives, sisters, daughters, respected colleagues and production veterans.

We are indebted to you for your kindness, intelligence, love, devotion. You are a symbol of loyalty and self-sacrifice.

It is impossible to overestimate your participation in the creation of New Uzbekistan, in educating future continuers of the construction of the third Renaissance.

Possessing unsurpassed mentoring qualities, you are a reliable support for social reforms in the country. We highly appreciate your contribution to the promising future of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.

Today, more than 8 thousand women work selflessly at AMMC, of which 189 are managers, 3 are scientists, 2,939 are young specialists.

For services to the country and the plant, 18 of our workers were awarded state awards, 163 women were awarded the “Miner’s Glory” badge. All of them can rightfully be considered the gold fund of New Uzbekistan.

The management and the trade union committee of JSC “Almalyk MMC” pay great attention to the education of female workers of the enterprise, creating decent working conditions, health improvement and recreation for them. Thus, 21 workers of the plant, who have five years of experience in their specialty, are studying at universities under a special quota. Last year alone, more than 257 million UZS were allocated to restore the health of 26 of our women. Over 2,000 female workers were treated in sanatoriums in Uzbekistan and AMMC.

To improve the efficiency of work with representatives of the fair sex, the women's committee at AMMC has been transformed into an advisory council on women and gender equality. Here, a highly qualified specialist is always ready to help in solving their work and life issues, and council representations operate in all structural divisions. Despite the relatively short time of work, the advisory council became a real support and support for the workers of the plant.

On the eve of the holiday, we celebrate our colleagues who have achieved significant results in their workplaces, who are actively involved in the life of the state, society, the complex, making a worthy contribution to the education of the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, awarding “Miner’s Glory” badge, certificates of honor and valuable gifts.

And each worker of the plant, the participants of the Second World War and the labor front assigned to AMMC, received a one-time cash bonus as a holiday gift.

Today we have set ourselves the ambitious goals for the implementation of large investment projects, the construction of production enterprises and making a worthy contribution to the economic growth of our country through the development of a new deposit, the introduction of the most modern technologies into production and technological processes, increasing the extraction and processing of minerals, products with high added value. And with your participation and support along this path, our dear women, we will definitely achieve all our goals.

I wish you all good health, family happiness and prosperity in your homes, good luck to you and your loved ones, success in your responsible and honorable work! May your work bring you joy and satisfaction and serve for the benefit of our country and the well-being of our people!
