Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, the pillar of the country's economy, not only expands its production potential but also places special emphasis on supporting the younger generation. As part of its social responsibility, the company promotes the intellectual development of young people, creating conditions for their professional and personal growth.

Today, the future of a modern industrial giant, equipped with advanced technologies and digital solutions, is directly linked to educated, proactive, and patriotic young specialists. Therefore, an industrial tour at Complex was organized for young people from Akhangaran District, designed to help them choose their future profession and introduce them to career opportunities in the mining and metallurgical industry.

The tour began with a visit to the “Metallurg” Palace of Culture, where participants learned about the activities of creative and sports clubs, as well as the facilities created for meaningful and useful leisure activities for young people.

The guests then visited the AMMC History Museum, where they learned about the Complex history, its achievements, and its current development. Participants were particularly impressed by the unique museum exhibits and the "Suyulitep Monument" exhibition, which showcases the region's historical heritage.

That same day, with the support of the Republican Task Group, meetings entitled "Three Generations" and "Manager and Youth" were held, bringing together representatives of the younger, middle-aged, and older generations. The event was attended by Sadi Shermatov, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Personnel and Social Affairs of JSC “Almalyk MMC”; Hero of Uzbekistan Saidali Rakhmonov; Erkin Uralov, Member of the Republican Task Group; and youth and older representatives from “Kiziloy” and “Yangiobod” mahallas of Akhangaran District.

During the open dialogue, representatives of the older generation shared their life and professional experiences with the young people. They emphasized that the basis for success is the pursuit of knowledge, constant self-development, honest work, and respect for parents.

A highlight of the event was the honoring of the group of talented schoolchildren who, thanks to their high academic achievements, had entered university early, as well as their mentors. For their dedication to education and their pursuit of knowledge, they were presented with letters of gratitude from the plant's management.

Initiatives such as these help young people determine their professional future, strengthen intergenerational continuity, and inspire young people to reach new heights.

Following the industrial tour, young residents of Akhangaran district had the opportunity to learn more about the operation of AMMC and see the opportunities offered by working at one of the country's largest industrial enterprises.
