Chairman of the Board of “Almalyk MMC” JSC – Khursanov Abdulla Khalmuradovich.

During the implementation of the most important priorities of the socio-economic development program, the team of “Almalyk MMC” JSC has achieved the production of the following products on outcomes of 2022:

- 108.3 percent of current prices were fulfilled.

The growth rate of goods at comparable prices for the corresponding period of 2021 amounted to 96.2 percent. Taking Kyzylkum phosphorite complex and Cement factory from the balance of “Almalyk MMC” JSC as well as “Blackout” which happened on January caused to the drop of growth rate.

Production of the copper cathode amounted to 100 percent, including 99,4 percent from its raw material, metallic zinc amounted to 100,1 percent, including 104,8 percent from its raw material, sulfuric acid amounted to 103,4 percent, refined gold amounted to 100,3 percent  and refined silver amounted to  
100,3 percent.

As per the end of 2022 year the products in the amount of 946,7 million US dollar (110,7 %) has been exported.

In accordance with the resolution “On measures to implement the Investment Program of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2022-2026 years” PQ-72 dated December 30, 2021 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, it is designed to involve the investment in the amount of 766.0 mln US dollars for 2022 for increasing the production power of “Almalyk MMC” JSC and recycling the raw materails.

The investments in the amount of 788.8 million US dollars (102.7 percent) has been involved on outcomes of 2022, including:

473.8 million US dollars – from own resources of the company

315.0 million US dollars – from direct foreign investments.

In accordance with the resolution “On measures to create an effective system of development of production and expansion of industrial cooperation in the republic” No 99 dated January 24, 2022 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and according to the order No 94 dated January 31, 2022 of the Chairman of the Board of “Almalyk MMC” JSC, it is intended to implement 108 projects in the amount of 236.9 billion sum within the framework of localization program of “Almalyk MMC” JSC in 2022.

According to the outcomes of 2022 the indicators of the localized products based on 108 projects amounted to 334,1 billion sum or 141.0 percent with respect to the forecast.

A set of organizational and technical measures to reduce production costs for 2022 has been developed, in which it is planned to reduce the production expenses to 328,0 billion sum or 3.0 percent.

The result expected from the implementation of activities on reducing the production expenses in 2022 amounted to
335,7 billion sum or 3.0 percent 3,0, including production prime cost amounted to 203,1 billion sum or 1.8 percent.

Measures are being taken to improve management, strengthen the financial and economic situation, and ensure the reduction of receivables and payables at the combine.

As of January 1, 2023 the debtor indebtedness of the combine are expected to be amounted to 10 063,2 billion sum, including expired debts are expected to be amounted to 88,2 billion sum, credit debts are expected to be amounted to 1 702,1 billion sum.

There is no indebtedness to the budget or salary.                                             

According to the program of technical training of workers 6222 employees have been re-trained including 1441 employees have been educated, 2052 employees have passed requalification and taking the secondary education, 1957 employees have been educated for increasing the skills of managers and specialists, as well as 760 employees have been educated out of the production.

“Almalyk MMC” JSC is cooperating with 10 higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and “MISiS” university of MTTU of Russian Federation and its branches for preparing the specialists.

Presently the number of the students are 272, out of this, 39 students are studing during the day time in the higher educational institutions and 233 students are studying in extramural education and night time.

During the reporting period total 1198 students including 325 colleage graduators, 367 university graduators and 206 students without higher education have been provided with the job places.

In order to fulfill the tasks of higher organizations on time, to improve the system of control of executive discipline, the Service for controlling the fulfillment of the tasks of higher organizations in the Executive administration of “Almalyk MMC” JSC and the process of systematic and critical analyze of the discipline has been established.

During the year, during the study of the implementation of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the documents of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the implementation of government decisions, the implementation of the reporting system and the organization of control over the execution of documents are being carried out. Based on the work plan of the combine, analytical reports are being prepared and reports are being drawn up.

Systematic work is being carried out on the critical analysis of the execution of decisions, the identification of shortcomings and the development of specific measures to eliminate them.

1031 pieces of the document have been accepted as per the end of 2022, including:

Documents and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan are 171 pieces (11 pieces of Decrees, 34 pieces of resolution, 2 pieces of order, 26 pieces of protocol and 98 pieces of tasks);

Documents and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan are 857 pieces (42 pieces of resolution, 16 pieces of decree, 92 pieces of protocol, orders of he Primer minister, his deputies and advisors are 349 pieces, tasks of the secretary are 358 pieces).

 In order to conduct an open dialogue with citizens, carefully consider the received appeals, and make a clear decision, the Service for controlling and processing the application of the individuals has been organized in the executive administration of “Almalyk MMC” JSC. A daily reception is organized in the department.

During 2022 3811 individuals and legal entities applied to “Almalyk MMC” JSC. From this 3714 pieces of application have timely been reviewed, 97 pieces of applications are in process.

The meaning of received application is rendering material assistance, employment and rehabilitation, treatment, labor disputes, monthly salary, provision of service housing, technical services, land cadastre, transport problems and other appeals.
