In the course of implementing the most important priority areas of the socio-economic development program, the team of JSC “Almalyk MMC” achieved the following indicators of commodity production in January-June 2025:
- at current prices – 116.2%.
Copper cathode production was fulfilled for 100.6%, including 119.3% from its own raw materials, metallic zinc for 60.3%, including 106.0% from its own raw materials, sulfuric acid by 89.6%, refined gold for 101.1% and refined silver for 100.0%.
According to the results of January-June 2025, products in the amount of 239.2 million USD (102.6%) were sold for export.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 53 dated 31 January 2025 “On measures to implement the investment program of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2025”, the investment program was approved, and it is planned to allocate USD 869.2 million within the framework of 9 major projects of JSC “Almalyk MMC”, including:
According to the results of January-June 2025, the investments in the amount of $ 444.6 million were allocated, including:
at the expense of the enterprise's own funds – $ 133.7 million.
direct foreign loans – $ 310.8 million.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 753/15 dated November 13, 2024 “On measures to develop the types of products necessary for the needs of mining and metallurgical industry enterprises and increase production volumes”, in 2025, JSC “Almalyk MMC” is expected to implement 105 projects worth 1,283.9 billion UZS under the localization program.
According to the results of January-June 2025, the indicator of localized products based on 100 projects amounted to 629.2 billion UZS, or 102.2% of the forecast.
A set of organizational and technical measures to reduce production costs for 2025 has been developed, which envisages reducing production costs by 1,690.2 billion UZS, or 10.3%.
The expected result from the implementation of a set of measures to reduce production costs for January-June 2025 is expected to be 509.9 billion UZS or 8.1 percent, including production costs of 350.9 billion UZS or 5.6 percent.
The Complex is taking measures to improve management, strengthen its financial and economic situation, and reduce receivables and payables.
As of July 1, 2025, the Complex's expected receivables are expected to be 11,866.4 billion UZS, and payables are expected to be 4,240.6 billion UZS.
There are no debts to the budget or wages.
In accordance with the program for technical training of workers, 2,815 people were trained to improve the skills of personnel, including 447 outside production, 436 people for retraining and mastering a second specialty, and 793 people for advanced training and retraining of managers and specialists, including 331 outside production.
JSC “Almalyk MMC” cooperates with 10 higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation's NUST "MISiS" University and its branches in the training of specialists with higher education.
Currently, the total number of students is 80, of which 7 students are studying in full-time and 73 students in part-time and evening departments of universities.
During the reporting period, a total of 958 people were employed, including 533 college graduates, 242 higher education graduates and 183 people without education.
In order to ensure the timely fulfillment of tasks of higher-level organizations and improve the system of control over executive discipline, a service for monitoring the implementation of tasks of higher organizations was established in the Executive Office of JSC “Almalyk MMC” and a procedure for systematic and critical analysis of the state of executive discipline was established.
During the year, work is underway to study the implementation of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, documents of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and government resolutions at the places, to introduce a reporting system and organize control over the implementation of documents within the established deadlines. Analytical reports are being prepared and minutes are being drawn up based on the work plan of the Complex.
Systematic work is being carried out to critically analyze the implementation of decisions, identify shortcomings and develop specific measures to eliminate them.

Documents and instructions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan 56 (1 decree, 7 resolutions, 2 orders, 1 statement, 45 instructions);
303 documents and instructions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (20 resolutions, 10 orders, 45 statements), instructions of the Prime Minister, his deputies and advisers – 143, and instructions of the secretariat - 85 were submitted.
