• Development and implementation of measures aimed at increasing the volume of export deliveries with countries of near and far abroad and expanding the sales market for products of JSC Almalyk MMC.
• Organization and implementation of official visits of delegations of foreign companies. Providing visa support to representatives of foreign companies.
• Fulfillment of the requirements of the QMS Quality Manual.
• Timely introduction and execution of material balances for copper products, zinc metal and sulfuric acid.
• Provision of contracts for the sale of finished products for republican consumers.
• Feedback from consumers.
