This event is organized in accordance with the priority areas outlined by the Head of our state in his third Address to the national parliament on the key issues of political, socio-economic and democratic development.
The comprehensive reforms actively implemented in all the spheres of life in New Uzbekistan, as well as achievements in science, technology and innovation open up the new opportunities for young people. It should be taken into account that about 30% of the country's population are young people aged 14 to 30.
In the structural divisions of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, where more than 11 thousand young specialists work, the meeting "Manager and Youth" has become a traditional event. Recently, one of such meetings was held in the Industrial Railway Transport Department.
At the moment, the staff of the IRTD has more than 2,500 employees, including about 800 young specialists under the age of 30. Among them, 24 people hold engineering and technical positions, and 18 are managers.
During the event, young managers and specialists – the Deputy Head of the Railway Shop No. 2 for External Logistics Davron Pardayev, the Head of the Transport and Fuel and Lubricants Control Department Javlon Turdialiev, the Engineer of the Environmental Protection Department Gulnora Almatova, the Trainer-Instructor of the Railway Shop 1 Ulugbek Ismoilov, the Foreman of the Railway Shop 3 Azizbek Ruziev, the Turner of Railway Shop 3 Abdukhoshim Jumanov and the Leading Software Engineer for Automation of Technological Processes Toshpulat Turakulov shared their successes, talked about their work and the difficulties they face in their activities, and announced the proposals for their solution.
Then, the Head of the IRTD Sirojiddin Manazarov expressed his opinion on the speeches of the young specialists, outlined plans for the future and gave advice on the development of management and professional skills.
In today's reality, young people need to be able to make decisions quickly, develop innovative thinking and increase their intellectual potential.
It is worth noting that such meetings not only allow to solve current issues, but also motivate young professionals, helping them to reveal their potential and grow professionally.
