In the framework of the implementation of the 1st stage of the "Yoshlik 1" mine development investment project on expanding the production of non-ferrous and precious metals on the basis of the mines of "Almalyk MMC" JSC, the installation of the equipment is parallel with the construction of the 3rd copper enrichment plant. and setup is in progress.

In particular, the total number of Grinding and reloading complexes belonging to the Large Grinding Shop of the 3rd copper enrichment plant located in the territory of the "Yoshlik 1" mine is 3. 3- Grinding and reloading complex with a production capacity of 6,500 tons per hour has been fully assembled and is currently being tested at full load. Today, construction work has been completed on all 3 crushing and reloading complexes. In the remaining two crushing and reloading complexes, the installation of equipment and equipment is being carried out in the upper pictures.

3-The next test process with full loading in the crushing and reloading complex was held on September 19 of this year.

In this case, the ore brought from the "Yoshlik 1" mine was loaded into the receiving bunker of the 1st stage of the crushing process of the third crushing and reloading complex. Each complex can receive 2 mining vehicles at the same time.

Two more such structures, the first and second crushing and reloading complexes, are being built at the large crushing plant and are about to be put into operation.  It is important that the technological processes of the 3^rd copper enrichment plant start from the mine itself, that is, the primary crushing process of ores up to 1300 mm in size is carried out in the mine itself. A fully automated, high-pressure water spraying system has been introduced in the complex in order to prevent dust from rising into the environment during the process of dumping ore from dump trucks and harming the environment.

After the ore poured into the receiving bunkers is crushed in KKD-1500/200(180)M-2P large cone crushers manufactured by the Russian company "UZTM KARTEKS", the size of the ore is from 1300 mm to 300-350 mm is minimized.

It is transferred to belt conveyors using 6-plate feeders manufactured by the German company "Aumund". The belt conveyors, in turn, come to 2 main conveyors manufactured by the German FLSmidh company, which are 4200 meters long through a reloading device, Each of these conveyors equipped with 1500 kW electric motors from ABB, Germany, 6500 tons per hour for a total of 13,000 tons of ore, at a speed of 4 meters per second, it delivers from the Yoshlik 1 mine to a large crushed ore warehouse with a total capacity of 320,000 tons located at the 3rd copper enrichment plant.
