In a modern enterprise, the introduction of automated process control systems (APCS) represents an important step towards creating highly efficient production.
In particular, recently specialists from the production automation department and the combined heat and power plant of AMMC successfully completed a project to modernize the instrumentation and automation of turbine generator No. 3 and boiler unit No. 5.
During the modernization, new IT14-40 indicators were installed, pressure and temperature sensors for process control were replaced, the measuring channels for the automated process of boiler No. 5 were restored, and commissioning work was also performed.
These changes in automation systems will not only optimize the maintenance process, but will also increase the reliability of equipment operation. As a result, the ability to reduce downtime can reduce costs by up to 14 million soums per hour, which is a significant economic benefit.
In general, this modernization will not only increase the efficiency of production processes, but will also provide an opportunity to obtain an economic effect by improving equipment performance and reducing downtime.
