Crushing Shop No. 1 and sites Nos. 1 and 2 of the Copper Concentrator’s Grinding and Flotation Shop met their annual targets ahead of schedule.
For 2023, Crushing Shop No. 1 was tasked to receive and ship 23.0 million tons of ore to the main building stockpile, which is +104.5% more than last year. They achieved this indicator already in the second decade of December.
Almost a month before the end of the year, two sections of the plant’s Central Processing Plant reported on the fulfillment of the ore processing task. Compared to last year, the growth rate of ore processing at site No. 1 was +102.1% and at site No. 2 - +108.3%.
The sections also met the overall annual forecast for copper output (67,740.99 tons) and copper recovery to copper-molybdenum concentrate with a year-on-year growth rate of +103.6%.
Fulfillment of these production forecasts is undoubtedly the achievement of the copper concentrator’s workforce, as well as the result of the reconstruction and modernization of production facilities.
