Qualified specialists have always been considered an important condition for ensuring high labor efficiency. Also, qualified specialists are required to work with and manage the technological equipment being installed as part of the modernization and reconstruction works being carried out in the structural units.
In the copper enrichment plant, which is an important link in the technological production chain of the combine, effective work is being carried out in terms of professional development and retraining of specialists.
According to Samandar Mavlonov, the master of production education of the training center, a modern classroom has been established for training, retraining and upgrading the skills of workers working in the factory. The classroom was equipped with 15 modern monoblocks. An average of 800 workers are trained and retrained in 1 year. Also, more than 200 interns from vocational colleges and higher educational institutions do internships at the factory every year. An industrial excursion is organized in the factory workshops. Notably, practitioners will get a complete picture of the production floor with the help of factory models in the recently established factory museum.
Digitization is also gradually being introduced into the process of upgrading and retraining specialists at the factory. For this, the Learning Management System ("Learning management system" platform) is used, which is designed for online training of employees without leaving the main workplace.
