On the eve of the Day of Workers of the Mining and Metallurgical Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, new facilities were put into operation in a number of structural divisions of AMMC.

In particular, at Copper Concentration Plant-2 (CCP-2), which celebrates its 70th anniversary this year, a new control room was opened. The opening ceremony of this facility was attended by the Head of the Production Coordination Department of the executive office of AMMC Ramil Artikhuzhaev and the director of CCP -2 Hasan Mirakhmedov.

The new control room has created all the conditions necessary for dispatch service operators to manage and monitor the entire technological process at the factory.

The premises have been renovated in accordance with state standards and new equipment has been installed.

A system has been established to monitor the operating condition and water consumption of all main devices, as well as equipment involved in the delivery of ore and other types of cargo using a GPS device.

In addition, the program has been developed for hourly and daily recording of production processes. To save reagents and improve product quality, a “PRIU 5M” dispenser is installed in the grinding and flotation department. A system for monitoring the operating condition of devices at the industrial waste storage area has also been established.

To improve the quality and prevent internal communication failures, a contact center has been created.

In the coming days, it is planned to install automatic conveyor high-precision scales at mills No. 6, 10, 11, 18.

In order to improve product quality and reduce water consumption, the “Ore-Water” system will be launched. To save reagents, all dispensers will be automated.

In addition, it is planned to launch a crushing and washing section, install sensors on new conveyors and implement software, and switch to an automated system for monitoring electricity consumption.
