Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, one of the leading industrial enterprises in the world, continues to expand the boundaries of cooperation.
In order to establish cooperation, AMMC is visited by representatives from many countries. In particular, on April 19 of this year, a meeting was held between the management of the complex and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Finland, Ilkka Räisanen. The parties discussed the development of partnership relations.
For reference: in the new metallurgical complex being built as part of the investment project “Development of the Yoshlik I Deposit”, the “Flash Smelting-Flash Converting” technology will be used. Basic engineering for the construction of a new metallurgical complex was developed by the licensor of this technology, the Finnish company Metso.
On April 23 of this year, a delegation headed by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Uzbekistan József Rozsa arrived at AMMC.
The delegation included the director of the directorate for work with international companies at “Ipotekabank OTP Group”, Sandor Reti, and the head of corporate business at “Ipotekabank OTP Group”, Khilola Abdullaeva. During the meeting, the issue of establishing cooperation was discussed.
The guests visited the observation decks of the “Kalmaikyr” mine and the “Yoshlik I” deposit, and also got acquainted with the construction progress of the copper concentration plant-3.
