High labor efficiency is being achieved due to digitization in the constituent units of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.
In particular, on October 28, 2020, a request management system (HelpDesk) was introduced to information system services.
This system was developed by the specialists of the Production Automation Department of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.
IT services request management system (HelpDesk) is an information system for receiving and monitoring electronic requests for solving users' problems with computers, hardware and software, providing technical support.
The purpose of the system is to create a single entry point for requests, to improve the efficiency of processing and execution of requests through mandatory use of the system. Including the ability to send a request from any working personal computer with access to the corporate data network, ensuring transparency of the process of processing requests by the executor, monitoring all stages of processing requests and have options for tracking, notifying users when a request's status has changed.
It also allows to improve the quality of IT services provided through the feedback mechanism and performance evaluation system, to monitor the efficiency of processing requests of each executive and operator, to control the sequence of work execution, resource and time consumption.
In addition, the system is useful for optimal distribution of work among performers, systematization of incoming requests and analysis, finding the best ways to solve common "problems", forming a knowledge base and instructions based on the analysis of requests.
As part of the implementation of the concept of paperless work, it provides a complete electronic process of sending and reviewing requests.
In a word, labor productivity is monitored through this system. How to use this system is detailed in the link below:
