Today, a preventive event was organized at the Sherabad cement plant of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex on the topic of "Measures for the prevention of crimes and the fight against crime".

The event was attended by major E. Buriyev officer of Quick Search Military Department No 1 at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, R. Safarov the head of the 10th command of the departmental military guard service of the Sherabad cement plant and other personnel of the service.

Officials expressed their opinions on the issue on the agenda of the event.

In particular, an understanding was given about the crime prevention and crime fighting system, crime and measures to prevent it.

Article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan - embezzlement and extortion, its negative consequences, reasons and conditions that led to the commission of this crime, types of punishment that can be imposed on them, 169- article - theft, i.e. secretly robbing someone else's property, circumstances leading to theft, criminal liability for theft, negative consequences of criminal liability.

In addition it was carried out the explanations works on Article 257 - the crime of failure to comply with the rules of industrial sanitation and labor protection, its negative consequences, the cases in which the commission of the crime was allowed, and its negative consequences after the commission of the crime.

It was also emphasized that the work should be carried out based on the guidelines for the fields related to the employees of the enterprise, and in case of violations, actions should be taken based on the measures specified in the internal disciplinary rules.
