The management team has a special role in the repair periods and efficient operation of the main tools, devices, transmission devices of buildings and structures operated by the units of the complex network.

Yesterday, the transport fleet of this section was enriched with 3 tractors of Tashkent Tactor Plant with trailers and "Toyota" passenger transport vehicles. It is planned to receive special mobile cranes and mobile towers in the coming days. Section No 8 for the assembly and installation of technological equipment which is one of the youngest and most perspective sections of the Department, in the first years of its operation took active part in assembling, installation and releasing the mining equipment from conservation delivered to the "Yoshlik-I" mine. These days, the district team headed by Abdukadir Mirakhmedov has become an active member of the work being carried out within the framework of projects to increase the production capacity of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Comlex.

Production of competitive products, efficient use of local raw materials, and re-equipment of existing technological equipment were set as the main goals of the Zinc plant, which is the second metallurgical enterprise of the complex. In the selective smelting shop, which is the main production shop of this enterprise, technological processes are carried out for the conversion of zinc, cadmium and other metals in the form of oxides from solid industrial products into water-soluble salts. Separation of zinc soot, which is carried out in the way of obtaining zinc metal, is carried out in 22 reactors and 18 concentrators. It is precisely in these reactors that the repair-installers of the 8th site began to carry out capital repair works. While the dismantling of the first of the reactors was underway, the preparation of parts of the reactor's metal-based body began. The enterprise has created a workplace for the preparation of steel roll-sheets in the area of the repair-mechanics section. In the first week of the start of work at the new preparatory work site, the complete preparation of metal devices for the assembly of the base of reactor No 11 was achieved. The site production foreman Fakhriddin Hakimov provided the workplace with the necessary technical documents and tools, which created the basis for consistent performance of tasks. Samandar Oripov who were appointed as the person in charge of the works, electric gas welder Umar Tolaganov and mechanic Sherzod Nematov are busy preparing metal devices and preparing them for assembly. The installation of the screws that transfer the zinc soot to the next technological processes is also being continued by site installers. A unique method of assembly of the base of the screw, its holding supports, and upper parts was mastered in a short period of time. So far, one screw has been put into use by workshop technologists, and work on the next screw has entered the final stage. Plumber-repairers such as Ghiyos Goffurov, Oktam Tashpolatov, Javahir Jamolov, assembler Eldor Masharipov and electric gas welder Saifiddin Nizomov are ensuring high speed in this work. The enterprise, which highly evaluated the quality indicators of the works performed by the repair-installers of the 8th district, assigned the task of the complete replacement of technical circulating water pipelines to the district team. To date, it has been possible to replace the initial pogonometers of the pipelines of the Sulfuric acid plant. In order to achieve high efficiency in the replacement of pipes and not to affect the main production processes, it was decided to prepare the turning points of the pipes in advance and then install them. Electric gas welder Sardor Abdullaev and installer Okhun Madaliev are doing the work of pipe installation perfectly.

The team of the 8th Precinct was able to record high indicators by carrying out current and capital repair work on metallurgical equipment along with the facilities of the "Yoshlik-I" mine and Capital Construction Department. Over 7,435,701 soums of repair and assembly work was carried out by the repair-installers of the plot in the last reporting month alone, and the set plan was fulfilled by 130.7 percent more. It is also important that these works are compatible with the program of "Re-equipment and stabilization of the main production facilities of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex" JSC.
