In the first half of 2026, AMMC registered 761 requests from individuals and legal entities.

Of the total number of requests:

• 754 from individuals;
• 7 from legal entities.

By the form of transmission:

• 326 – written;
• 171 – verbal;
• 264 – electronic.

Analysis of the topics of the appeals showed the following:

• employment matters – 249;
• for financial aid – 206;
• other matters – 94;
• remuneration matters – 48;
• transfer to another job – 50;
• labor disputes – 33;
• housing and public utilities – 27;
• occupational health and safety – 23;
• preschool education – 13;
• fulfillment of contractual obligations for product supply – 10;
• land allocation – 8.

The schedules for in-person consultations with individuals and legal entities have been approved for the Chairman of the Board of JSC “Almalyk MMC” and his deputies. During the reporting period, 138 citizen appeals were reviewed during these consultations.

Following the review of these appeals, 467 were resolved by providing the applicants with the necessary legal clarifications, and another 240 requests were resolved positively. Additionally, 2 appeals were forwarded to other organizations for jurisdictional reasons, and 20 appeals are pending review at the time of writing.

It should be noted that no statutory deadlines were violated in reviewing the appeals.
