One of the urgent tasks facing industrial enterprises today is the processing of man-made waste accumulated over the years.

It is in this direction that the specialists of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex have been working effectively for several years, creating new technologies and applying them to production.

The fact that AMMC is reprocessing man-made waste from the "Ingichka" tungsten mine located in Samarkand region and receiving products also means the effectiveness of the work being carried out in this regard.

For the first time in the Republic, the technology of processing man-made waste containing tungsten was launched on an industrial scale by the experts of the Complex.  As a result of industrial application of this technology, in August of this year, the first product was obtained from this mine, and this product was given an international certificate.

On December 3 of this year, a solemn opening ceremony of the beneficiation factory was held within the framework of the project "Ingichka tungsten mine waste processing".

Those who spoke at the opening ceremony noted that this object is important for the development of the infrastructure of the region and the creation of new jobs.

At the event, a group of workers who showed enthusiasm for the factory's start-up were encouraged with a certificate of honor and valuable gifts.

At the opening ceremony, a symbolic ribbon was cut and a special button was pressed to mark the official launch of the factory.

The guests who visited the event were closely acquainted with the activities of the factory and the conditions created for the workers.

At the end of the event, a festive table was prepared for the workers and participants, and a concert program was presented.

For information, waste containing tungsten in Ingichka mine is 19,771 tons. Due to their processing, up to 9-10 tons of tungsten concentrate is obtained per month. Due to waste processing and extraction of tungsten concentrate, the production of new types of exportable products with high added value is achieved. This brings a profit of 2.0 million dollars to the Complex per year.

As a result of the launch of this facility, 82 new jobs will be created in the first phase and 200 new jobs in the second phase.

The important thing is that man-made waste accumulated over the years will be processed in this factory and a valuable product will be obtained, and it is clear that it will make a significant contribution to the economic power of our country.
