Mutually beneficial agreements have been signed at the International Industrial Exhibition “Innoprom. Central Asia”

On April 25-27 this year, the Uzexpocentre of our capital hosted the International Industrial Exhibition “Innoprom. Central Asia".

The event, organized jointly by the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, is aimed at enhancing investment, industrial, trade and economic cooperation in the region, establishing new business ties, as well as developing industrial cooperation between enterprises of the Central Asia countries.

More than 200 companies from Russia, France, Hungary, Italy, Belarus, Germany, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Tajikistan, as well as large industrial enterprises operating in our country, took part in this prestigious exhibition. In particular, the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine took part in the exhibition with its products.

Within the framework of the exhibition, meetings were held between the management of the AMMC with the ministers of industry of Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and the deputy minister of industry of the Republic of Bashkortostan to organize the production of import-substituting products in the Republic on the basis of cooperation.

A business meeting was also held with the heads of companies producing special equipment and spare parts BelAZ, MAZ of the Republic of Belarus, as well as heads and representatives of about 40 companies of the Russian Federation, in particular such companies as the Russian Export Center, USM Urban Mining, Krastsvetmet, Solar Sistems, Tvema Firm, Iskra, STREAM, AXION RUS, Kristallohydrate, Uralkran, 1520 Signal, UMK.

A number of mutually beneficial contracts, agreements and memorandums of cooperation were signed at the exhibition.

In particular, within the framework of the exhibition, a business meeting was held and work was organized to interact with more than 40 enterprises. As a result, following the results of the exhibition, 1 agreement and more than 10 memorandums of cooperation were signed (the work is underway to prepare 28 memoranda of agreement).

This included the agreement signed with "Crystal Hydrate" (Russia) for the amount of 3 million USD for export of 1000 tons of copper sulphate.

And the memorandum of cooperation was signed with the Solar Sistems (Russia) on organizing the production of solar panels in the Republic and building a photovoltaic station with the capacity of at least 250 MW.

Memorandums of cooperation were signed with the Russian Company USM Urban Mining for the supply of zinc dust, with the Krastsvetmet Company for the expansion of production in the shop of the copper smelter, with the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “TsNIIchermet im. I.P. Bardin" for metallurgical powder, rare earth metals, iron production from industrial waste and other areas, with USM Holdings-Ucell on digitalization issues.

In addition, the cooperation agreement was signed with Moscow State Technical University "MISiS" on scientific research in the field of metallurgy.

Also, the agreement was reached with the Russian Company “Iskra” to establish the production of non-electric starters, explosive wires, electronic detonators, small-sized intermediate detonators and other launchers, and Second Breath TM presented a dust mask as a sample of its products, and agreed with it on further cooperation on the basis of the conclusion based on the results of the test conditions.

The memorandum of cooperation was signed with BelAZ for localization of spare parts for special equipment.

In short, this exhibition was useful from all sides.
