In pursuance of the order of the Chairman of the Board of Almalyk MMC JSC Abdulla Khursanov dated June 21, 2024 “On the staff training of the Executive office and structural divisions of AMMC for certification in accordance with the requirements of the international standard in “ISO 37001: 2016 - Anti-bribery management system. Requirements with guidance for use” provides for the implementation of a number of actions.

In particular, according to the order, on June 26-28 of this year, the compliance control service in cooperation with the training center of the complex have organized a seminar for AMMC deputy chairmen of the board, members of the board and heads of structural divisions.

In particular, the seminar “Project on the implementation of the anti-corruption system in

 AMMC JSC based on the requirements of the international standard ISO 37001:2016” for the heads of structural divisions and departments of the executive office of Almalyk MMC JSC, was organized by the compliance control service in cooperation with the training center of the complex.

The main objectives of the seminar are to provide participants with knowledge of the key concepts and requirements of anti-bribery legislation, as well as to review anti-bribery measures and related internal procedures; consolidate an understanding of the basic rules of behavior to prevent corruption in the daily activities of the organization; explain the role of managers, as well as ordinary employees, in the formation of an anti-bribery system; as well as consider practical examples on anti-bribery issues.

At the end of the training seminar, the participants were awarded the appropriate certificates.
