With the cooling of the weather in our country, it will be known how communal services have prepared for the autumn-winter season. The basis of its activity is the Thermal Power Center, which provides the urban residents with hot water and heat energy, and the structural divisions of the combine have also prepared intensively for this year's season.
According to Aziz Miraliev, head of the technical production department of the Issylik Electric Center, as part of the preparations for the autumn-winter season, 90% of the existing K-4, K-5, K-6 steam boilers in the center have been fully repaired.
Also, 80% of the current repair work on the existing aggregates in the center, water transmission pipes, and pumping stations in the city districts has been completed. Main pipes are prepared for the heating season. All maintenance work on the preparation of equipment is carried out according to the maintenance schedule approved by the Thermal Power Center.
Currently, the technological equipment of the center, which works in parallel with the energy system of "Uzbekenergo" SJC, is ready for the season for the heating season of 2024-2025.
The thermal power center has 5 main steam boilers, 3 water heating boilers and 3 steam turbines, the labor team is also performing the tasks assigned to them in parallel with the preparation for the season.
In particular, in 8 months of this year, 133,515 million kW of electricity was produced, and the forecast was fulfilled by 105.5%. The forecast for the transmission of electricity to the network is estimated to be 107.4%, and 112.515 million kW of electricity was delivered to the network.
Also, 268,829 Gcal of thermal energy was provided for the residents of Almalyk, and the forecast was fulfilled by 101.2%.
Measures to reduce production costs have been developed at the center and are being implemented step by step. As a result, 10163 thousand/m3 natural gas economy was achieved in 8 months of this year.
It's no secret that digitization is entering every field. Digitization is being introduced into the production process at the thermal power plant as well. In particular, the 3rd steam turbine was modernized, the control devices were technologically updated, and the control system was fully digitized. This predicts high efficiency. It is planned to completely modernize water heating boiler No. 8 this year. Also, the control systems of the boiler will be completely updated.
In short, it is no exaggeration to say that the thermal power center team is ready for the autumn-winter season.
