Efficiency is increasing in the Department of Consumer Goods Production

Compared to the same period last year, higher efficiency was achieved in the dairy farm of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex Consumer Goods Production Department in terms of the number of livestock and the production of the main types of products.

If we pay attention to the direct numbers, in January-April of this year, the dynamics of dairy production increased in all directions compared to the same period of 2021.

In particular, the number of cattle increased from 743 to 862, an increase of 119 (1.16 percent), and the number of calves increased from 64 to 114, an increase of 50 (1.78 percent).

The volume of milk produced increased from 581,232 liters to 584,054 liters, which is an increase of 101 percent.

On average, 18-19 liters of milk was obtained from each dairy cow. This means 0.5 liters more than the average volume of milk milked in January-April 2021.

The amount of processed milk was 12.7 percent in January-April 2021, and it was 37.4 percent in the same period of 2022, and the growth rate was 24.7 percent.

The production of cream increased from 5396 kg to 7222 kg, the increase was 133 percent.

And butter production increased from 370 kg to 3178 kg, the increase exceeded 8.5 times.

Curd production increased from 7990 kg to 14046 kg, an increase of 176 percent.

The production of kefir increased from 5179 liters to 5228 liters, the increase was 100.95 percent.

In a word, in this labor team, high labor productivity is achieved as a result of proper organization of work, full and effective use of available opportunities, calculation and work with a clear plan.
