Professional and intellectual development. The mechanisms for improvement of the qualifications of women employed in the manufacturing sector, as well as preparation them for work in leadership positions, are considered.
Social and financial support. There are explored modern approaches to development of women’s entrepreneurship and expansion of financial inclusion, fostering a positive family atmosphere in workforces, and raising women’s legal awareness.
Following the meetings and practical discussions, the best practices gained are planned to be implemented at enterprises within the Ministry of Mining and Geology, as well as at “Almalyk MMC” JSC and “Navoi MMC” JSC.
This is expected to be a significant step in increase of the social and public engagement of thousands of women working in the mining industry and will open up new opportunities for their professional growth and self-fulfillment.
