+998 71 619 23 33For the thousands of employees who work together at the Complex, a collective agreement is more than just a formal document, but a reliable mechanism for social protection. Currently, conferences are being held at the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex divisions to discuss the implementation of the 2025 collective agreement.
Such events have already taken place at the Angren Mining Administration, the combined heat and power plant, the Kauldy mine, the Motor Transport Department, the Technical Inspection Service, the Central Repair and Mechanical Plant, Copper Processing Plant No. 2, the Explosives Plant, the Zinc Plant, and the AMMC Football Club.
The conference agenda included reports on the implementation of the collective agreement in 2025, discussion of proposals for a new collective agreement for 2026-2028, and the selection of delegates to the Complex-wide workforce conference.
The events were attended by Complex managers, trade union committee chairmen, responsible commission staff, and delegates from the employees.
As the reports noted, obligations to provide social support to employees, create conditions for young professionals, and care for veterans were fully fulfilled during 2025.
Representatives of the administration and trade unions reported in detail on the key areas of the collective agreement. In particular, the system of regular incentives for top performers was effective, which, in turn, had a positive impact on productivity growth.
Occupational health and safety issues were constantly monitored. Preventive measures aimed at prevention of industrial accidents were strengthened. Obligations to organize recreation and health improvement programs for Complex employees, their children, and family members at summer camps and health resorts were fully fulfilled. Financial assistance and incentives for employees associated with holidays continued.
Following the reports, open discussions were held. Shop and section workers, veterans, and young specialists posed questions to management representatives and made suggestions, including for further expansion of social benefits.
All comments and initiatives received were carefully reviewed and forwarded to responsible officials for inclusion in the draft of a new collective agreement.
Following the conferences, delegates deemed the implementation of the collective agreement for 2025 satisfactory. Appropriate decisions were made, and new commitments for 2026 were defined.
These conferences clearly demonstrated the cohesion of the Complex workforce, as well as the mutual trust and shared interests between management and employees.
