On May 8, at the initiative of the management of JSC “Almalyk MMC”, another training seminar was organized for the heads of divisions and departments of the Combine’s executive office on the topic: “Transformation of the Company: a Rake Guide or How to Build an Effective Route to the Future.”

The seminar was led by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Industrial Enterprises of NUST “MISIS”, Alexey Mitenkov, who has 4 newly created captive businesses for industrial holdings, more than 100 implemented projects, and in the last 15 years – in the field of transformation and digitalization.

During the seminar, Alexey Vladimirovich discussed issues of how to become a leader in the metallurgical industry, how to standardize IT processes in a holding company, and how to motivate your employees to develop.

Tasks aimed at increasing the efficiency of production, procurement, sales and investment activities, as well as product quality, were discussed interactively.

Participants learned about changes and the problems that arise as a result of these changes, as well as methods of self-control in difficult situations.

Such seminars help the plant’s specialists gain new knowledge, which will undoubtedly give positive results in their future work.

It is worth noting that the seminar was able to show participants that there are still new opportunities in the industry.
