As part of the development program aimed at all aspects of the large industrial enterprise AMMC, modern technologies are applied to production, which leads to an increase in labor productivity.

According to the program of reconstruction and stabilization of the main production facilities of "Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex" JSC, which was developed on the basis of the decision of the President of our country No. PQ-3954 dated September 30, 2018, the reconstruction and modernization of the Zinc plant, which is considered one of the main links of the complex, is ongoing. In particular, it is appropriate to mention the large-scale work carried out in Burning shop, which is considered the beginning of the production chain of the factory.

According to Feruz Mominov acting Deputy head of the burning shop in accordance with the program, at the beginning of the year, 2 new bridge cranes were installed in the enrichment warehouse of the workshop. This, in turn, led to an increase in productivity in the enrichment warehouse. Preparation of solids used in the oxidation process in fluidized bed furnaces has been increased by 30-40 percent. In addition, 4 boiling layer furnaces were overhauled in the shop. This led to an increase in the productivity of the oxidation process. Also, control of the combustion process in fluidized bed furnaces has been digitized. By allowing this process to be tracked, the process is fully automated and the human factor is reduced.

To date, the scope of the works carried out since the beginning of the modernization works at the Burning shop is significant.

In particular, as part of the modernization works in the workshop, EGT-30 electrofilters were completely repaired, and additional bag filter equipment for dust removal was installed. Dust and gas cleaning equipment, ventilation system, electrofilters, sleeve filters, aspiration systems were overhauled.

As a result of modernization works carried out in the workshop, the work team of the workshop is making a significant contribution to the implementation of the factory plans. It can also be seen in the numbers. In particular, during the 7 months of 2022, the zinc production plan was completed by 100.7 percent, and the task of preparing zinc from our own raw materials was completed by 104 percent. The production plan of sulfuric acid was achieved by 107.8 percent. 36,055 tons of spirit products and 188 tons of cadmium were exported.

As we watch the "flame of life" boiling in the bosom of huge and cold iron and steel, we witness that the greatness of "Human dignity" in our independent Uzbekistan, the work of the workers who contribute to the development of our country with their hard work is getting a proper value.

There is no doubt that such renovation works carried out at the complex will bring new life and hope for new prospects and help our country become one of the leading and developed countries in the world.
