On November 2 of this year, the International multi-genre art competition “ART SILK WAY TASHKENT” “Dance with all your soul” was held in the capital of our country.

This prestigious competition was attended by amateur art groups of the palace of culture "Metallurg": the “Edelweiss” Folk dance ensemble under the direction of choreographer ballet master Yulia Koldakova, the “Kaleidoscope” folk dance ensemble under the direction of Nasiba Mambetova and the “Raduga” circus group under the direction of Anna Vishnyakova, whose bright performances made a great impression on both the audience and the jury members.

Thus, the junior group of the “Edelweiss” folk dance ensemble performed the “Merry drums” dance and became a 1^st degree laureate. The middle group showed the dance "Breath of the tundra" and won the Grand prix of the competition. The senior group performed the Russian dance "Plyasovukha" and became the winner of the "Super grand prix" - the main prize of the competition.

All three groups of the “Kaleidoscope” folk dance ensemble – the junior group with the Polish dance "Krakowiak", the middle group with the Russian dance and the senior group with the georgian dance "Spirit of the mountains" won and became the winners of the Grand prix of the competition.

In the nomination "Original genre" with the number "Best fly" of “Raduga” circus group won the Grand prix, with the number "Baka-bang" became the 1^st degree laureate.

The victories of the teams of the palace of culture "Metallurg" became a great gift for the 75^th anniversary of the founding of the Almalyk mining and metallurgical complex .
