Effective work is being done to reduce the cost of production in the Car Transport Department. At the initiative of management experts, self-tipping technological vehicles "Kamaz" with a load capacity of 20 tons were switched from diesel fuel to an alternative fuel type, methane gas.
According to Sherali Ergashev, head of the planning and economic department of the Car Transport Department, methane equipment has been installed on 4 "Kamaz" tipping technological vehicles these days. This alternative type of fuel is also distinguished by its low cost and full compliance with environmental standards.
For example, if we calculate the economic efficiency of 1 "Kamaz" self-tipping technological vehicle, it consumes 1500 liters of diesel fuel for a distance of 3000 km. If we consider the average price of 1 liter of diesel fuel to be 11,500 sums, then 17,250,000 sums of fuel will be spent for a distance of 3,000 km.
1800 cubic meters of compressed methane gas is used for this distance. The average price of 1 cubic meter of compressed methane gas is 2,300 sums, and 6,900,000 sums are spent on methane for a distance of 3,000 km. One vehicle covers 3,000 km on methane and saves an average of 10,350,000 sums. If we multiply this number by years, how much savings can be achieved, of course, is significant.
In the future, all technological vehicles in the Car Transport Department technology park are expected to be converted to methane.
Scientific research is being carried out by the engineers of the combine to transfer even the technological vehicles in the mines, the auto giant "BelAZ" to cheap fuel types.
