+998 71 619 23 33The Address of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Oliy Majlis and the people of the country is being widely discussed at the structural divisions of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.
The initiatives and objectives defining the key areas of national development have become the subject of open dialogue among employees. Special informational and explanatory events are being organized among employees to explain the content and significance of the Address. Recently, a meeting was held for the Kalmakyr Mine Group’s workforce, during which officials discussed in detail the priority objectives outlined in the Address, ongoing economic reforms, issues of improving labor efficiency, and the role of young people, their involvement, and their responsibility in the work process.
The meeting also summarized the activities of the Youth Union Council at the Kalmakyr Mining Administration for 2025. The report focused on the spiritual and educational events, sports competitions, intellectual projects, and the results of systematic youth outreach conducted throughout the year.
Following the discussion, priority areas were identified for the practical implementation of the objectives outlined in the President’s Address, continued support for youth initiatives, and increased engagement of young workers in social and work life.
A similar event was held at the Khandizin Mining Administration. The meeting was organized in collaboration with the trade union committee, the Youth Union, and the Advisory Council on Women and Gender Equality. During the event, the contents of the President's Address were explained in detail to the workforce.
In addition, questions and suggestions from workers were heard, and a number of pressing issues were discussed and resolved on-site with the participation of responsible specialists.
A report from the Chair of the Advisory Council on Women and Gender Equality on the work accomplished in 2025 was also presented during the event. Employee suggestions and requests were taken into account when developing the 2026 action plan.
