As part of the implementation of the first stage of the investment project “Development of the Yoshlik I deposit” to expand the production of non-ferrous and precious metals on the basis of the deposits of Almalyk MMC JSC, construction work is currently underway at copper processing Complex No. 3 in parallel with the installation of equipment.

During the construction of Copper concentrator plant-3 with a processing capacity of 60 million tons of ore per year, it is planned to use $2 billion.

The construction work is carried out by the Enter Engineering company, and the design by the Italian company Wood.

Concrete work at the coarse ore warehouse, installation of metal structures for the anti-wind wall and 16 apron feeders produced by the German company AUMUND have been 100% completed.

Concrete work on the medium crushing building is 80% completed. All 8 medium crushing cone crushers KSD-3000 manufactured by the Russian company LLC UK UZTM KARTEX were installed.

Concrete work on the dry screening building is 70% complete.

Concrete work on the fine crushing building is 85% complete. The assembly of two high-pressure press roll crushers manufactured by FLSmidth (Germany) is nearing completion, while work on the assembly of a third crusher is underway in parallel.

30% of concrete work has been completed on the medium screening housing.

On the grinding building, work on pouring the foundations of 12 mills has been completed. Two ball mills measuring 7.3 x 13 m, produced by LLC “UZTM KARTEX”, have been installed, and the third one is being assembled.

Concrete work for the flotation shop is 70% complete. In addition, the installation work of two of the six sections of 300 m3 pneumo-mechanical vat flotation machines from the Finnish company METSO OUTOTEC is being completed.

The foundations of 6 thickeners with a diameter of 17 m were poured, which were also supplied by METSO OUTOTEC. Currently, installation of two of them is underway.

Construction work is also being carried out at a rapid pace at general Complex facilities.
