Andijan State University named after Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur hosted the final matches of the Uzbekistan Women Basketball Cup.

It is gratifying that the AMMC women's basketball team won this prestigious competition and became the thirteen-time winner of the Uzbekistan Cup.

It is worth noting that the pupils of Jakhongir Khodjaev have 10 victories in the Championships of the country, 12 victories in the Cups of Uzbekistan and 8 victories in the Independence Cups of Uzbekistan.
