Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex exported manufactured products totaling $645.4 million, fulfilling the annual target in this direction ahead of schedule.
In particular, 55,175 tons of copper products worth US$453.3 million were exported during the reporting period. Also, 41,007 tons of zinc products worth US$109.6 million were supplied abroad.
813 tons of molybdenum products worth US$46.4 million were supplied to foreign consumers.
In addition, 4,842 tons of copper sulfate worth US$10.2 million were exported. Other products worth US$25.9 million were also exported.
For reference: AMMC products are exported to more than 20 countries. Its geography expands from year to year. In particular, this year new export markets for copper sulfate have been developed. These are Mexico and Finland. The factors of export of these products are their full compliance with the world standards, implementation of quality certificates.
Separately, copper rod, which is a high value-added product, was sold in the US for US$22.8 million.
